Everyone deserves that little bit extra when shopping at Soccer Zone USA. That is why we have created the SZ Loyalty Program. When signing up and purchasing products, members receive points in return which can be accumulated and used for discounts on future orders.
Signing up is simple! Create an account and sign up using the SZ Loyalty Club widget in the bottom right hand corner of your screen. Clicking on the red widget will provide you access to these awesome membership perks!
You will receive points on every purchase and some products will give you bonus points! Dotted throughout the store are special bonus products which qualify for point multipliers. These bonus products earn more points for every dollar spent and can enable extra earnings.
NOTE: You must be logged into your SZ Loyalty account when you make a purchase to earn points. Points can not be used towards club team purchases (eg. customized uniforms).
When signed in, you will see how many points will be earned underneath the product price on each product page. It’s that easy!
Sorry you cannot. Points are turned into coupon vouchers which can be used towards the purchase of a product.
Within the SZ Loyalty Club widget, there will be a "Redeem Points" tab where you can convert your points into reward coupons. Every 300 points is worth $9.90, but you are not restricted to the number of points that you'd like to redeem. You can redeem as little as 1 point to get savings of $0.03 if you'd like! Feel free to redeem as little or many points as you wish.
Coupons that are redeemed from your loyalty points can be used within the Retail portion of our website. Coupons can not be applied to the Team Online Ordering section.
As long as you have an active account within our system, your points will not expire.
Absolutely! If you would like to use your points when visiting one of our brick-and-mortar locations, we can redeem available points for savings in store.
YES! If you choose not to use your coupon reward, you may gift it to anyone (SZ Loyalty and non-SZ Loyalty members) to use on their order. Just let them know it is a one time use code and they will need to enter the discount code in the box labeled DISCOUNT CODE in the shopping cart while checking out.
Points can take up to 14 days to reach your account. This buffer period is to prevent any points being used in the timeframe that a return may take place. Don't worry! You'll be able to use them soon.
Reward coupons do not expire and can be used at any time.
NOTE: If we change our backend system for any given reason, coupons may be subject to cancellation.
If this is for a team order, you can earn loyalty points but cannot apply them to team orders. They can only be applied to retail items on our website.
