Returning New Items

All unused items still in original packaging may be returned up to 30 days after purchase.  

Used Cleats may not be returned.  If you feel that your cleats may have been defected, we can return them to the supplier for an approval to return.  Once the return is approved, we can then issue a store credit.  This process normally takes 14-21 days.

There are no returns allowed on customized items.

Please understand that we cannot accept COD's or packages marked "Bill Recipient" and please keep the receipt or tracking number of your returned package in the event it is delayed or lost in transit. All refunds will be for merchandise only, we cannot refund shipping costs unless the item was sent in error.

There are no returns allowed on customized items, videos, or CD's with opened packaging.

 We also recognize that in extreme circumstances, an item you have owned for more than 30 days, even one that does not show excessive wear or maintenance neglect, may truly be defective. Our goal is to honestly evaluate every return and make a reasonable decision on every claim.

Policy for a Backorder Item:
An order for an item which is not in stock is a backorder. When you place an item on backorder, we will ship the item to you via our regular ground shipping as soon as it becomes available. You are never charged for a back-ordered item until it is shipped, and you may cancel an item on backorder at any time. You do not pay additional shipping for backorders.

Standard Delivery:
All orders from are processed between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. (EST), Monday through Friday. As long as we receive your order within our processing time and the items that you order are in stock, your order will be shipped within 24 hours. Regular ground shipping takes from 3 to 10 business days, depending on your distance from us (within the continental U.S.)
